We've compiled a listing of weekly things to do in Knoxville that our local shops and clubs are hosting. Great way to Get Out & Play on a regular basis. All events are listed on our Main Calendar if you need more detailed information.

Tuesday: 10:30 am - A Group ride is usually a 40+ miles at 20+ average pace.  This group is for advanced riders with good pace line skills
Thursday:10:00 am - A and B Groups at 17 mph for 35+ miles

Saturday: 4-6 pm - Community Ride - inclusive bike ride designed for all riders; ride around 5 miles at casual pace on safe roads. Great ride for inexperienced bicyclists, or for people who are interested in bike commuting, touring, and anything in between.

Weekly Club Mountain Bike Rides: CANCELLED WITH TRAILS ARE WET OR MUDDY!

Tuesday: 6:00 pm - Ride Knoxville’s Urban Wilderness trails including Ross Marble, Marie Myers Park, Hastie Natural Area, Anderson School, Forks of the River, and Baker Creek Preserve. Rides will meet at either Baker Creek Preserve or Meads Quarry parking lots, ready to ride at 6:00 pm — check Facebook for details. Riders will break off into two or three sub-groups, depending on skill level, familiarity with the trails, or desire to ride hard or take it easy!

Wednesday: 6:00 pm at Ned McWherter/Riverside Landing Park - KTown SUP Club Time Trial
Join your fellow paddlers for an exhibition time trial! Right at 6:00 the clock starts and paddlers race for a personal best time around Island Home airport. The paddle distance is 4.5 miles and all paddlers are welcome (sup, kayak, canoe). Rentals are not provided for this event. Must have your own equipment.
Saturday: 10:30 am - Paddleboard 101 1.5 hours - Cost $40
We cover all the basics of SUP. No experience required. Class covers equipment overview, safety and awareness of the conditions, balancing, correct stance, 4 different paddle strokes, steering and turning, proper paddling form and more.
Saturday: 8:00 pm - City Lights Night Paddle - 1.5 hours - Cost $28
Come paddle on the Tennessee River as the sun sets behind the downtown Knoxville skyline. The night lights from the city create unique paddling experience only offered at Billy Lush. Each renter is provided with a LED light to keep you safe on the water.
Sunday: 5:30 pm - SUP Yoga Class - 1 hour class - Cost $30
Paddle Yoga brings the practice and art of a vigorous Yoga flow into perfect fusion with the sport of paddleboarding. Students experience all the benefits of Yoga and SUP while practicing under the sun. Classes will be conducted by Renegade Yoga and Basecamp Fitness.
