The development of the Sarah Moore Greene Greenway was a cooperative effort project between the City of Knoxville and Knox County. The full loop includes sidewalks and measures 0.6 mile, incorporating an 1/8 mile of track. The greenway provides access to the school’s playground and their native garden. Future plans propose to connect this greeenway with the Botanical Gardens Greenway to the west, the Williams Creek Golf Course to the south, and then to the north a connection to the Austin East High School and the Claude Walker Ballfields.
