This small linear park stretches along the Tennessee River providing ample fishing and paddling opportunities. At the far end of Volunteer Landing Park, the Lady Vols have their dock for the rowing team, you might catch them at practice! The Park features year-round fun on the swings but during the summer months, the splash pads are irresistible to the children strolling through the park with their parents. Walkers, runners and cyclists utilize the Neyland Greenway that winds through the Park. On it's linear route, it connects with the James White Greenway and the Third Creek Greenway. Just across Neyland Drive, the spur for the Second Creek Greenway borders the UT campus on its way to the World's Fair Park.
