Just behind the library, Corryton Park provides outdoor recreation for the community. Featured sporting activities include tennis, basketball and softball. A quiet walking trail circles the park, playground and picnic areas with a spur connector over to the Senior Center. Concessions and restrooms are available during games. This is a great start location for cyclists to wander around the scenic backroads — heading east takes you over to House Mountain and to the north towards Joppa Mountain.
