Nestled between neighboring houses, Joe Foster Park provides a basketball court, playground and swings with picnic facilities for the Vestal Community. A walking trail circumvents the park. This park is dedicated to Joe Foster who wanted his neighborhood to have a park so he sold this property to the City of Knoxville for the community to benefit!
