Once an old mining mountain tucked away in the Cumberland Mountains outside the town of Oliver Springs, is now home to the 72,000-acre Windrock Park. The main park offers off-road trails to accommodate all types of ATVs, but their most recent addition is the Windrock Bike Park which features a downhill mountain bike course along with some fun cross-country trails. The 9 trails are a mix of downhill trails and cross-country trails and are considered aggressive and rated difficult to extreme, and are geared towards expert riders! Trails employ steep, rocky, and technical descents with many trail features such as natural and man-made drops and jumps. The bike park is currently 550 acres with 9 trails and 2,150 feet of vertical drop.

Riders that aren't at expert level, should try out the Taladega trail. This BLUE difficulty Flow trail is designed to help riders gain skill in downhill riding before venturing onto the older/steeper technical trails. It's recomended that you have a 6" travel (150-160mm) trail bike for downhill as they are more suited to the terrain. There are plans to build a GREEN difficulty cross-country type trail within the bike park.

Windrock Bike Park is open year-round and operates shuttles on the weekend. Monday through Friday is self shuttle. Note that the Windrock Park annual land permit is not valid for "Windrock Bike Park" trails.
